When we request supporting documents or information, you agree to provide them in a timely manner.
No Guarantee of Results

Payments
You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select. Our fee structure may include:
Initial Setup Fee
A one-time fee charged at the beginning of your credit repair program to cover onboarding and initial analysis.
Monthly Service Fee
A recurring monthly fee that covers ongoing dispute management, credit monitoring support, and advisor access.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Cancellation
You may cancel your services at any time by providing written notice to our support team. Cancellations will apply to future billing cycles — you will not be charged for the next period after your cancellation is confirmed.

Your Rights Under CROA
As a client of a credit repair organization, you have specific rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679:
Right to a Written Contract
You are entitled to a written contract that describes the services to be performed, the timeframe, and the total cost before any services begin.
Right to Cancel Within 3 Business Days
You may cancel any contract with Go Repair Credit within 3 business days of signing, without penalty or obligation, by notifying us in writing.
No Advance Fees
Under CROA, we cannot charge you before services are fully performed. Any fees are charged only after the agreed services have been delivered.
Right to Dispute Independently
You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no charge, without using a credit repair organization.
Right to a Free Credit Report
You are entitled to a free copy of your credit report from each of the three major bureaus once every 12 months at AnnualCreditReport.com.
Important: Go Repair Credit cannot make any false or misleading statements about your credit, advise you to make untrue statements to a credit bureau, or alter your identification to obtain a new credit identity. These actions are illegal under CROA and federal law.
Governing Law
United States Law — State of California
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
Changes to Terms
Go Repair Credit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
